(1) Rescue methods for external personnel
In the normal operation of the fire elevator, the indicator light used to indicate the operation of the elevator is luminous in the front room of the elevator, and once the power failure, the indicator light will naturally be extinguished. At this time, the fire commander should immediately use the following two measures to rescue the personnel in the elevator.
1. Send people to the fire elevator machine room on the roof and use manual methods to lower the car in the elevator shaft to the first floor station. Elevator manufacturers in order to ensure the safety of the elevator, in the design of the elevator, designed the automatic protection device when the power failure, when the elevator loses power, in order to prevent the rapid rise of the car (due to the role of the elevator counterweight), in a mechanical way to the hoist shaft tightly brake dead, that is, often said “hold dead”. Rescue personnel (if conditions, it is best to work with enterprise elevator maintenance personnel) after entering the elevator room, to quickly look for the “dead” release of the tool (this tool is generally yellow, placed near the hoist, a set of two pieces in each elevator room), will be located in the hoist side of the highest position of the protective cover removed, (the cover is fixed by two bolts, The two bolts can be removed by hand without the help of tools), after the protective cover is removed, first use a hook shaped tool in the special tool, insert the hook into the small hole on the lower side of the fixed protective cover, and then use the principle of carrying rods to press down the connecting rod located at the highest point, then the elevator car will rise under the action of the elevator counterweight object, which is not expected. How do you get the car down to the first floor? One of the two special tools is needed, and after the tool is inserted into the shaft coaxial with the hoist, one person will press down the connecting rod with a hook shaped tool, and the other person will rotate in a clockwise direction, and the car in the elevator shaft will drop until it reaches the first floor.
2, send people to knock on the elevator door floor by floor, determine the docking position of the elevator car, and then rescue. Due to the shielding effect of the elevator car and the elevator shaft wall, the radio carried by the firefighters will lose its function, at this time, the commander can send people to take the method of knocking on the elevator door of each floor, and supplemented by loud shouts to determine the location of the elevator car. After the location is determined, first use the hand axe or pliers to destroy the keyhole on the elevator shaft door, and then insert the flat screwdriver, press down, because the hook of the closed elevator shaft door is unhooked, the door will automatically open; Open the door on the elevator shaft, and then open the door on the car. Opening the door on the car is very simple, first insert the hand axe into the door gap between the two doors, wait for the door to be able to extend the hand into the door, a person can use the second hand to move the two doors left and right, so as to open the car door and rescue the elevator personnel. Because the opening force of this door is 20 kilograms.
(2) Self-rescue methods for people in the elevator car
Because the external rescue personnel need to implement the location of the roof elevator room during the rescue, and try to open the door of the elevator room, and then determine which is the hoist of the fire elevator, and need to use special tools, it takes a long time; When using the second method, you first need to implement the position of the car dock layer by layer, and then, with the help of tools to open the two doors (elevator shaft door and car door), so the time required is not too short, therefore, the personnel inside the car should be self-rescue.
There are two ways to save yourself:
First, the person in the elevator car first forcibly pulls open the car door (the method is the same as the method of opening the car door in the second method of external rescue), and then, find the upper left part of the right side door of the elevator shaft wall, and then the hand will touch the two small wheels arranged up and down, on the left side of the small wheel (about 30-40 mm away from the small wheel below). There is a metal bar, push the metal bar up by hand, the door on the wall of the elevator shaft will automatically open, and the personnel can escape the elevator shaft and successfully save themselves. Due to the different docking positions of the elevator car in the elevator shaft, when the car door is opened, once there is no lighting, you should carefully touch, find the metal bar in the upper left corner of the right door, push the metal bar upward with your hand, and you can escape.
Second, when the car door is opened and the reinforced concrete wall is faced, the following measures can only be taken.
First, the shoulder method is used (that is, one person crouches, the other person puts his foot on the squatting person’s shoulder), and the hand axe is used to destroy the top of the car, open the channel from the top of the car, and enter the top of the car. Because the elevator manufacturer in the production of elevators, the top of the car from the farthest side of the car door in the middle of a manhole for people to access, the manhole is closed with a thin metal plate, it is easy to be destroyed.
Second, after entering the top of the car, the first person to pull the people inside the car to the top of the car, and then look for the door on the elevator shaft, when you find the right half side door of the elevator shaft door, move the hand along the door to the upper left side of the right door to touch the two wheels arranged above and below, and then use the first method to open the door on the shaft wall, enter the fire elevator front room, so as to escape.
Note the problem:
1, in the above self-rescue process, if the firefighters carry lighting tools, it becomes very easy;
2, if in the process of self-rescue, the elevator car falls, whether the person is in the car, or in the top of the car, must immediately stop all self-rescue measures, strengthen their own protection, after the elevator stops running, and then self-rescue.
