What is the role of the guidance system of the lift?

The guiding system restricts the freedom of activity of the car and the counterweight during the operation of the lift, so that the car and the counterweight only do lifting and lowering movement along their respective guide rails, and no transverse swing and vibration will happen to ensure that the car and the counterweight will run smoothly and not oscillate. Both car guide and counterweight guide are composed of guide rail, guide shoe and guide rail frame. The guide frame as the support of the guide rail is fixed on the shaft wall; the guide shoe is installed on both sides of the car frame and counterweight frame, and the boot lining of the guide shoe is matched with the working surface of the guide rail, so that a lift is traction in the trailing rope, one side of the car, and the other side of the counterweight, and they are respectively making upward and downward movements along their respective guide rails.
