Elevator tips- Marine elevator

Marine elevator working climate environment is relatively bad, how to design?

(1) System high and low temperature design

The operating environment temperature range of the equipment is relatively larger, such as the normal working temperature of the land elevator is required to be between 5° ~ 40°, while the working environment temperature of the Marine passenger elevator is required to be between -10 ~ +50°, and the normal working environment temperature of the Marine freight elevator is even required to be within the range of -25 ~ +45°. It is obvious that the components of the Marine elevator system should be able to withstand lower ambient temperatures, so the system design needs to take into account the materials used in the low temperature easy to become brittle, relays easy to fail and other factors, and take corresponding measures to solve. Similarly, the thermal design of the system at high temperatures cannot be ignored, because the increase in ambient temperature will increase the failure rate of some components. Therefore, in the system design, in addition to the correct selection and aging screening devices, it is necessary to make full use of cooling technologies such as conduction, radiation and convection to solve the heat dissipation problem, and finally make the control system pass the high and low temperature test to meet the relevant technical requirements of the Ship Inspection Bureau.
