Elevator accident prevention and corrective measures

The elevator manufacturing unit shall take targeted measures to ensure the safety performance of the elevator and prevent similar accidents by using nylon wheels and safety pliers that cannot meet the safety performance requirements. Strictly inspect and verify the safety performance of the selected spare parts, especially strengthen the management of outsourced nylon reverse rope wheel, formulate clear acceptance quality inspection requirements, and strictly demonstrate the scope of application of nylon reverse rope wheel; Strengthen the verification, debugging and installation self-inspection of commissioned elevators; Strengthen the tracking investigation and understanding of the use and operation of the factory elevator, put forward improvement suggestions for the problems existing in the maintenance and safe operation of the elevator maintenance unit or the user unit, and provide necessary technical help.

The elevator maintenance unit should learn lessons from the accident, strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations and safety technical specifications, and formulate reasonable maintenance plans and programs in accordance with the basic project requirements listed in the Elevator Maintenance Rules, the provisions of the Elevator Operation and Maintenance Manual and the characteristics of elevator use. Strengthen the training and education of maintenance personnel and strengthen the management of maintenance process; Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of key components such as heavy reverse rope wheel bearings, speed limiter-safety pliers, improve the quality of elevator maintenance, and ensure the safety performance of elevators; Find the hidden dangers of the accident timely inform the elevator use unit, find the serious accident hidden dangers, timely report to the market supervision and management department in the area.

The property management company of the elevator use unit should strictly implement the main responsibility for the safety of the elevator use, strengthen the training and education of safety management personnel, effectively enhance the awareness of elevator safety prevention, and take timely measures to implement the rectification of the hidden dangers reported by the maintenance unit; Implement the special equipment safety post responsibility system, complete the certified special equipment safety management personnel, strengthen the daily inspection and hidden danger investigation of the elevator, and make detailed and true records; Strengthen the supervision of elevator maintenance operations, and urge maintenance units to implement elevator maintenance in strict accordance with laws and regulations and safety technical specifications; Strengthen the reception and storage of elevator related technical data.

The district market supervision administration should strengthen the supervision and management of the use and maintenance of elevators in the district, increase on-site supervision and inspection, urge the elevator use units and maintenance units to effectively implement the main responsibility of safety, strictly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and safety technical specifications, and do a good job in the daily use management and maintenance of elevators. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of key components such as heavy reverse rope wheel bearings and speed limiter-safety pliers, and timely replace the damaged parts to ensure the safety performance of the elevator.
